Q: Is the caregiver in my home trustworthy?
A:

All Caring Solutions Home Care employees undergo thorough background checks including criminal history, DMV and certification checks. All personal references are thoroughly checked.

Q: Is my caregiver qualified to care for me?
A:

All Certified Home Health Aides and Certified Nurses Aides employed by Caring Solutions must have completed a Nursing Assistant training program or it's equivalent for which competency is determined according to a test administered by the State Board of Vocational technical education or a Homemaker Home Health Aide training program using a curriculum approved by the Dept. of Health. In addition each employee has an initial training with Caring Solutions as well as on-going annual competency exams.

Q: Is my caregiver supervised?
A:

Yes, Caring Solutions offers 24/7 telephone support for your Caregiver as well as a scheduled supervisory visit from a Registered Nurse every 60 days.

Q: What happens if my caregiver gets hurt at work?
A:

All Caring Solutions employees are covered by Workmen's Compensation.

Q: Who will care for me if my caregiver is ill?
A:

Caring Solutions has on-call caregivers for just such incidents, and we will make every effort to arrange for coverage in the event of an absence.
